Case Studies
The following case studies illustrate our ability to meet the challenges sometimes confronted in the research business.
January 2013

Sep - Dec 2012
Face-to-face interviews on location
We recently conducted a series of large scale central location studies on behalf
of Transport NSW. These studies involved the conduct of face-to-face interviews
amongst train, bus and ferry passengers… using a CAPI (Computer Aided Personal Interviewing)
methodology.
These studies included…
- • 9,150 6 minute interviews in 17 days (train/bus passengers)
- • 5,000 8 minute interviews in 8 days (ferry passengers)
- • 5,028 2 minute interviews in 2 days (plus counts of 12,164 train passengers)
October 2012
Quick turn-around telephone study with short notice
We conducted 400 eleven minute CATI interviews for another research company which
needed help with fieldwork urgently.
For this ‘rush job’, we received a brief, designed and programmed the survey, completed
fieldwork and provided data deliverables in just four days.
